Cali began her journey in healthcare in 2004, working in all levels of care including rural hospitals and emergency departments. Working her way up the ladder in healthcare starting with her CNA in 2004, then LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, and Post Masters PMHMP. She found her true calling, in behavioral health, when she began working in state hospitals in 2010. She has worked in crisis services for voluntary and involuntary commitments, substance abuse, subacute inpatient behavioral health, and outpatient behavioral health for the lifespan. She has dedicated her professional life to the pursuit of helping those with mental illness.

Specializing in unipolar and bipolar depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, anxiety, and cooccurring substance use and abuse, Cali’s extensive background allows her to serve a wide range of clients. She enjoys working with a trauma informed, solution focused and collaborative framework. Cali is also passionate about and a HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned provider.

While Cali is lifespan certified in mental health, she enjoys working with ages 8 and up. Meeting people, sometimes at their lowest point and working together to improve not only their symptoms but overall wellbeing is always her priority. She loves learning and connecting with her clients and their families throughout the treatment progression.

Oscar Yepiz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings over two decades of behavioral health experience to his work with clients. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and offers therapy for individuals ages 13 and older. Oscar is skilled in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

 

Oscar has extensive experience supporting individuals with unipolar and bipolar depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, trauma, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use and abuse disorders. His diverse background allows him to serve a wide range of clients with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

 

Oscar’s journey in behavioral health began in 2003 working in group homes, where he discovered his passion for helping others. Motivated by his own family’s experiences with mental health challenges, Oscar chose this career to support others navigating similar struggles. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2010) and his Master’s degree in Social Work (2016) from Arizona State University, and has since worked in residential and outpatient settings, as well as in schools and clients’ homes. Over the years, he has provided care to individuals across the lifespan—from children under five to older adults at the end of life.

 

As a therapist, Oscar is passionate about meeting people where they are, often during their most vulnerable moments, and partnering with them to improve not only their symptoms but their overall wellbeing. His philosophy centers on empowering clients to be the drivers of their own treatment journey while ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

 

Oscar is bilingual (Spanish/English) and deeply committed to cultural sensitivity, particularly within the Hispanic community. He is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and increasing access to compassionate care. Oscar tailors his approach to each client’s needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR to create individualized treatment plans.

 

Born in Mexico and immigrating to the United States at age 13, Oscar brings a unique cultural and personal perspective to his work. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and traveling.
